As you can see, I omitted the hand holding the tulips. I would suggest sketching each blob (flower) lightly until you are sure that they will all fit on your paper. Then refine your drawing and add the stems and leaves. Just draw the leaves with obvious shapes. The others can all merge into one darker green shape.
These are the first wet-in-wet washes. I wet each flower, or in once case, a couple of petals, and I added my pink paint (you can use permanent rose or alizarin crimson). Leave some while spaces where you see whites in the flower. The color will blend itself in, so leave more white than you think you need. I can see some orange in a few of the flowers, so i put a light value of orange on them. They will get covered with pink eventually.
I continued to wet and add pink to the rest of the flowers. Before adding the pink to the two flowers on the extreme right, I put a light wash of pale blue. You can't notice this in the photo. It's just to make those two flowers less obvious. I painted the stems and the lightest leaves with sap green mixed with Cadmium yellow.
I added alizarin crimson to the darker parts of the flowers, and added a little green to some of the flowers. I just continued to make things darker, and wait until dry, and then darken again if needed until I got them the way I wanted.
I'm leaving this without a background, but if you feel you must have a background, I suggest a pale blue or a pale green.
Done!
